Meet Our Team
Dr. Katelin Crane
She/ Her
PhD, CRNP, PMHNP-BC

Hi, I'm Dr. Kate! I’m a doctorally prepared, board-certified Psychiatric-Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC) providing psychiatry and psychotherapy services throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Originally from a tiny town in Michigan (the kind where everyone knows your business before you do), I earned my degree in Psychology from Central Michigan University before moving to Philadelphia in 2018. I came for an accelerated BSN and MSN at the University of Pennsylvania—and stayed because I fell in love with both psychiatry and this wonderfully gritty, heartfelt city.
Since then, I’ve worked in just about every corner of mental health care: psychiatric emergency services, community mental health, corrections, and outpatient private practice. These experiences taught me that every person carries a story worth understanding—and that no two treatment plans should ever look the same.
I enjoy caring for individuals ages 5 through 85 with concerns including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, ADHD, autism spectrum disorder, eating disorders, and sleep difficulties. Whether you're navigating a tough season, exploring new coping tools, or fine-tuning your medications, I’m here to offer evidence-based care with a healthy dose of warmth, curiosity, and collaboration.
When I’m not in session, you’ll likely find me reading, singing Taylor Swift songs off-key but enthusiastically, cooking something cozy, or hanging out with my two tiny dogs—my unofficial office assistants who occasionally make guest appearances in virtual sessions. They take their roles very seriously.

Christina Woodson
She/ Her
MSN, CRNP, PMHNP-BC

Hello and welcome! I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner
and former Clinical Social Worker, and my work is guided by empathy, curiosity, and a
deep respect for the resilience of the human spirit. I help people navigate a wide range
of challenges—including depression, anxiety, PTSD, grief, ADHD, and OCD—always
with the belief that treatment works best when it’s a partnership. I enjoy working with
clients who are ready to engage in the process, and together we create a safe,
collaborative space to explore what’s possible.
The world can feel overwhelming, especially during times of change or crisis. My role is
to offer both the clinical expertise and the kindness you need to feel supported as you
work toward your goals. With a combination of medication management and psychotherapy skills, we’ll focus on practical steps that lead to meaningful, lasting
change. My goal is not only to reduce symptoms, but to help you feel more empowered,
connected, and hopeful about your future.
I’m continually inspired by the courage people show in facing life’s challenges, and I
believe that growth is possible at every stage of life. My path to psychiatry began in
social work, where I earned my MSW at Columbia University and spent years
supporting patients in inpatient and outpatient settings. My passion for neurobiology
and psychopharmacology eventually led me back to school for nursing—first at Virginia
Commonwealth University for my BSN, and then to the University of Pennsylvania for
my MSN with a focus on psychiatric care.
In my practice, I combine evidence-based treatments like CBT, DBT, and Motivational
Interviewing with a whole-person perspective that values your story, your strengths, and
your goals. I know that seeking mental health care can be intimidating—especially if
you’ve had difficult experiences in the past—and I honor the trust it takes to take this
step. In my free time I enjoy sports, nature, history, crossword puzzles and traveling. On
occasion, I like to try out new activities, such as taking an art class or an improv comedy
class.
I look forward to meeting you, hearing your story, and walking alongside you in your
journey toward healing and growth.

Dr. Christine Caton
She/ Her
DNP, CRNP, PMHNP-BC

Hey, I'm Christine! I take a compassionate, patient-centered approach that blends evidence-based psychiatric care with a deep understanding of the mind-body connection. My approach to mental health care is grounded in the belief that real healing happens when we look at the whole person—not just the symptoms. I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, ADHD, and the unique emotional challenges that arise during major life transitions. By prioritizing collaboration, compassion, and education, we will work together to build skills and confidence and foster long-term emotional well-being.
As a nurse practitioner, I offer a patient-centered, holistic approach that blends evidence-based medication management with supportive therapy, psychoeducation, and practical skills. Whether you're navigating overwhelming stress, struggling to focus, feeling stuck, or trying to make sense of big emotions, I’m here to help you feel more in control and less alone in the process.
Together, we’ll work toward meaningful, sustainable change—not quick fixes or temporary relief. My goal is always to help you build tools that support long-term emotional well-being and a stronger sense of self. If you're ready to take the next step, I’m here to meet you where you are and walk alongside you as you grow. In my downtime, I love catching Pokémon, playing video games (anything Legend of Zelda), planning my next travel adventure with my family, and knitting cozy sweaters.

Administrative Assistant
Hi! My name is Catherine Wright, and I'm a nursing student at the University of Pennsylvania. I'm originally from a small town in rural Kentucky and am currently pursuing my BSN. I fell in love with psychiatric nursing this past year and am so excited to be joining the Philly Psych Solutions team! In my free time, I love to watch movies, go on walks, read, and am currently trying to explore all that Philly has to offer.
